Please look at the SUNDAY POST on 14 March 2010 for the story of Nurse Mary Young . Her death 65 years ago this Sunday 14th March 1945 : hope you buy the SP and see this story and maybe her next of kin will get the medals given to recipient

A friend of mine who said that he knew Brigadier Lorne Campbell VC , and he was a really a very nice neighbour not realising he was a V C holder !
